This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through shopgoldenfire.com.

## Shipping Area

Golden Fire currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

## Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. We will contact you if an unexpected issue significantly delays your order.

## Shipping Cost and Carrier

Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders.

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

## Estimated Delivery

USPS delivery normally takes 1–3 business days after the package is accepted by the carrier. The total estimated time from ordering to delivery is generally 2–5 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier interruptions, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control may cause delays.

## Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking information. Please allow time for USPS to scan and update the tracking record.

## Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

## Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, marked as delivered but not received, or believed to have been stolen, first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and the latest USPS tracking information.

Contact USPS to begin a missing-mail search or carrier investigation. You may also contact Golden Fire with your order number and tracking number so we can provide available shipment information and assist with the carrier process.

Claims involving lost, stolen, or missing packages are investigated and handled with USPS. Investigation timelines and claim decisions are controlled by the carrier. This section does not limit any rights you may have regarding merchandise that was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

## Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, submit a return request through our website as soon as possible and include photographs and a description of the issue. We will review the request and provide instructions.
