Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Requesting a Return

Click Request a Return on our website and sign in using the email address associated with your order. Select the item you want to return, choose a reason, and submit your request.

Please do not send an item back before your return request is approved. After approval, we will email you return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If we made an error or the item arrived damaged, include that information in your return request so we can provide appropriate instructions.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
